Always laugh when you can... Laughter is the best medicine!

Concentrate on the four dots in the middle of the picture for about 30 seconds. Then close your eyes and tilt your head back.
Concentrate on the circle of light and an image should appear - spookey eh??

Stare at the black dot...
After awhile, the gray haze around it will appear to shrink.

Eye Examination Chart

Focus on the dot in the center, and move your head forwards and backwards.
What happens?

Focus on the circle and move your head back and fourth.

Stare at the black lightbulb for at least 30 seconds. Then immediately stare at a white area on the screen or a sheet of paper.

Stare at the picture (on the left) for about 45 seconds. Then, stare at the white section of this image (the right section). You should see the Queen again. Keep your concentration, and for those 45 seconds, don't take your eyes off the picture.

Stare at the center of this image and move your head toward the screen.
The outer circles appear to spin!
